Due to continued expansion and anticipated growth we are looking for passionate individuals to join our sales support team. As a Customer Support Executive you will be joining a busy, dynamic and friendly team where you will be equipped with all the tools necessary to be a success. If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your career, our Customer Support Executive role is a great stepping stone to multiple roles within this team or in the wider business. You will really get to understand our business and our customers, so this role will help you develop a well rounded skill set. 
 
What will I be doing as a Customer Support Executive?
  • Responding to all types of incoming correspondences
  • To be the support network for external and internal customers, this will involve providing quotes, orders on request and delivery to SLAs 
  • Using our extensive supplier network to source non stocked products for our customers within an agreed timeframe
  • Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
  • Answer inbound calls from colleagues & customers and offer a one stop resolution for all; where this is not possible agree call backs to customers until resolutions are achieved

About You

What are we looking for in a Customer Support Executive?
  • Your experience will include min of 1yr working within an administration field, customer service or sales environment
  • You’ll have excellent communication both verbally and written
  • Someone who would embrace working in an energetic sales environment
  • Have a willingness to develop yourself and be open to learning new skills
  • You’ll be driven, want to succeed and have a positive & can do attitude
