About The Role

 

Role Purpose

To provide a comprehensive and confidential range of effective, administrative support to the General Manager Ireland and the wider company, to include recruitment support and managing the service engineers workload.

9.30am to 3.30pm 5 days a week (salary pro-rated based on reduced hours)

 

Key Accountabilities

·Ensure proactive diary management and complete all travel and accommodation requirements
·Schedule and minute meetings; follow up on minutes of meetings to ensure actions are completed
·Complete admin as required i.e. PowerPoint & Excel Presentations
·Manage all expenses claims and mileage report and train staff on correct procedures
·Maintain all site noticeboards
·Liaise with Park Management and other 3rd Party contractors that enter our site
·Ensure any compulsory training is completed and documented and monitor and communicate to Managers when re-training is required.

        Liaise with park management/third party contractors for any work required

        Complete orders for office supplies for all areas

·Manage the end of end recruitment for warehouse and retail staff; screening CVs, completing phone screening, liaising with hiring manager, booking interviews and providing feedback
·Complete all onboarding and induction for new starters
·Co-ordinate diaries for Service Engineer and 3rd party engineers and schedule their calls
·Initial troubleshooting with customer and post visit follow up
·Order parts as required, track repairs and arrange collections
·Ensure all engineers reports are completed and filed
·Attend and minute and weekly and monthly H&S meetings and cascade/ follow up on all actions as appropriate

About You

What are we looking for?
·Excellent organisation skills
·Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft suite including Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
·Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
·Ability to juggle conflicting priorities in a complex environment
·Highly developed problem solving skills with the ability to think on their feet and provide effective, logical solutions.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Proven professional and efficient approach and able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
