About The Role

 We have a fantastic and unique opportunity for an Assistant Manager & Supervisor to work in our new Edmonton Store. This is an impressive new concept store, and you can be part of the set up from the start, so you can bring lots of ideas and see those take shape. It will be a hive of activity, and no two days are the same. Assistant Manager £28,500PA – Supervisor £26,900PA

  • Performance related bonus paid quarterly which can typically add £1500 onto your annual salary (pro rata for part time)

We will be holding a Recruitment Day at our Shaftesbury Avenue store to give you the opportunity to learn all about our business and tell us more about yourself and why you want to work for us, there will be a fun exercise to do as well, so you can get a feel for our culture. What do we look for in an Assistant Manager or Supervisor?

We seek someone who has a passion for going above and beyond and making all customers visits a memorable one. You will be the go-to point of contact in the Store Managers absence as you continually drive sales and customer satisfaction through the rest of the team. In this role you will have an opportunity to gain wider commercial awareness and understanding around how Nisbets operates and delivers market leading products all over the world. Joining the team at Nisbets you will be supported and guided in your career progression and will receive full training to ensure your success.

What do we look for in an Assistant Manager or Supervisor?

  • We look for natural communicators, someone who is a personable and sociable individual and wants to work for an ever-growing business.
  • Deputising in the managers absence, opening and closing the store along with other managerial duties.
  • We need a good level of IT Literacy as you will be preparing quotes for customers and operating different systems Excel, Word, and outlook.
  • You are commercially focused and motivated by hitting store targets
  • You have a great work ethic and are driven to work hard and contribute to the store’s success.
