About The Role

We have a great opportunity for an energetic individual to join our Technical Sales Team. Your role as a Technical Sales Executive will be to maximise and manage sales of services offered by Nisbets and other organisations within the wider group proposition including installations of appliancesThe NCEC showcasing our full range of equipment, live demonstrations from our trained chef, expert advice on products, advice on refurbishment or new build projects, and so much more. Also assist our sales teams maximise profitable sales of heavy equipment such as cold rooms, combination ovens and suited cooklines.

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.15pm. Role is 12 Months FTC 
 
What will I be doing? 
  • Act as the point of contact for both internal and external enquiries for all appliance installation orders.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders involved in installation and heavy equipment orders - including customers, internal sales teams, manufacturers and engineers.
  • Explore whether installation or additional services can be up-sold.
  • Being the point of contact from installation through to completion for heavy equipment. 
  • Assist customers with catering equipment advice face to face, on the phone and by email ensuring customers get the correct equipment for their needs but also drive value on orders being placed.
  • Liaison point between Nisbets and Space sales colleagues and handling enquiries relating to equipment and furniture installations and supporting on Design and Build projects
  • Help customers as and when required within the NCEC
  • Monitor and report on revenue and profit from Business Services leads

About You

  • What are we looking for?
  • Good level of heavy equipment product knowledge will be useful
  • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
  • Strong Commercial acumen
  • Competent user of MS Office products, Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCad an advantage
  • Self motivated attitude and willingness to learn and developed.
