About The Role

In this new role you will work with our newly appointed Global Head of Operations Development to review our current warehouse processes to help maximise efficiencies and reduce operational costs.  You will focus on continuous improvement initiatives and implement change.

Following the initial review of existing processes you will identify the top 5 priorities to help reduce waste.  You will also identify and establish new and improved operational metrics for operations and work with key functional leads to identify any areas for improvement.  You will provide data and insight that will drive change and enable insight to senior stakeholders and continually identify wasteful processes and work with a range of stakeholders to implement change within operations.  

About You

To apply for this role you will have previous experience from within a similar role within an operations/ logistics/ warehouse focused environment.  You will be a strong project manager with developed stakeholder management, analytical and root cause analysis skills. 
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to successfully manage change and to take stakeholders of all levels with you on the journey of continuous improvement.
