About The Role

Working with our Global Head of Marketplaces, you will support our journey to grow and maximise our marketplace channels with a specific focus on our eBay marketing platform.

As the Marketplace Manager, you will be involved within a unique position where you’ll be able to take full accountability of the day to day management of our eBay marketplace channel, and grow the channel from a start-up to achieving maximum sales and growth of the platform. You will regularly look at the end to end process of the eBay channel and managing the full P&L. You will be effective with designing and implementing efficient plans to be able to launch our pristine product range and price them accordingly for the marketplace.

Other aspects of the role will include – 

  • Day to day management and trading of marketplace businesses on a number of platforms with full profit & loss ownership
  • Sales and operational planning (& forecasting) to ensure we meet the customer promise in the most efficient and profitable way
  • Deliver the right customer experience – achieve high performance standards (feedback ratings, low defect rates, seller ratings) across all marketplaces
  • Planning and executing profitable promotional activities to acquire new customers/grow the business
  • Analyse performance data and implement changes to grow the business
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure we deliver growth consistent with overall business objectives

About You

To apply for this role, you will have previous experience of managing a marketplace channel (such as eBay or Amazon). You will be commercially focused and be data/analytically driven and understand how to utilise such data in order to create and implement effective sales plans. You’ll be a keen communicator, who has strong stakeholder management and is able to collaboratively work within cross-functional departments.
