About The Role

Here at Nisbets, our zestful and dynamic field sales teams have the privilege of account managing some of the finest and prestigious customers throughout the UK in the Catering industry. They have the exceptional responsibility of visiting a wealth of unique and wonderful venues that can range from Michelin Star Restaurants, 5* Hotels, unique Leisure groups and Contract Caterer businesses to suggest a few. They will account manage by building exceptional working relationships with their customers, as well as being able to grow their accounts and bringing in new business. 

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be looking after the Southwest region which will cover from South Wales and along the M4 corridor to Oxfordshire and Reading. Down to Portsmouth and everything southwest to Cornwall. 
We are looking for a natural leader to nurture, coach and mentor  6 Key Account Managers in order for them to thrive and achieve sales growth within their regions. You will have regular contact with your Key Account Managers by conducting monthly 1 to 1s to identify development needs and conduct formal appraisals, as well as creating annual targets. You will have a vigorous drive to take ownership of 6 KAMs across the Southwest area where you'll look to develop areas into a high levels of growth and turning customers into key accounts for the business. 

About You

We are looking for a charismatic leader to join our hungry and innovative sales team who is based within the Southwest Region. You will ideally come from an FMCG background with 2 years’ experience of field sales management with a sound understanding of managing National Accounts. You will also have strong technical sales and negotiation capabilities. The successful RSM will be a commercial thinker and have a real passion for coaching and developing their teams.
