About The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a new National Account Executive to join the National Accounts team, within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the motivation and desire to progress their sales career within National Accounts. You will be expected to develop and grow your existing customer portfolio, in line with set budget targets, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new business in the QSR Sector. The role will involve leading all contractual conversations as well as managing all commercial agreements and managing the QSR debt provision whilst working with the National Account Manager for Retail/Travel and Dark Kitchens.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To proactively maintain, grow and develop Nisbets QSR share of market
  • To maintain regular contact with key contacts at all levels as agreed with the customer.
  • To prepare and maintain accurate customer account plans which are required to identify all areas of opportunity ready to be reviewed monthly.
  • To be responsible for the field sales management of all defined National QSR accounts and seeking further opportunities.
  • Ensure accounts have up to date appropriate contracts in place with an agreed commercial deal.
  • Support Credit control to manage and reduce debt levels on the QSR accounts.
  • Develop a robust and accurate pipeline for QSR opportunities.
  • Attend Corporate Sales Meetings as directed by the Head of National Accounts.
  • Agree target of growth with Head of National Sales with each QSR National Account

About You

As a sales driven individual you will be able to demonstrate the motivation to develop your skills and progress your sales career, along with the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in catering sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with QSR accounts across the UK&I.
  • Good level of Industry knowledge.
  • Strong ability to develop account plans including analytical analysis, agreed growth strategy and bespoke customer requirements.
  • General level of education, GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Numeracy & Literacy)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A full UK Driver’s license is required for this role
