About The Role

Nisbets are looking to recruit a standalone Resourcing Partner for a maternity cover role (12 month FTC). The role will involve managing the recruitment process across the business (UK and Ireland) ensuring that all vacancies are filled as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst ensuring costs are managed effectively. 

The Resourcing function has been transformed over the last two years including the implementation of a new ATS, assessment and selection framework and robust processes that have all helped drive a direct delivery model. Agency use is low, direct delivery is high.

The focus of the 360 Resourcing Partner role is around translating business objectives into robust resourcing strategies which support the business in meeting its operational needs and strategic priorities. This role is about being able to recruit and drive direct delivery across all business functions. 

Key accountabilities:
  • Responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including; hiring manager management, sourcing, screening, pre-qualification and final candidate selection
  • Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) at an expert level
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks and creating offer paper work
  • Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business needs; generate talent pipelines using a variety of channels, social media, data mining, market mapping and networks
  • Develop multi-hire sourcing strategies and collaborate with colleagues  and cross-functionally to both co-ordinate and lead campaigns.
  • Work in partnership with the hiring managers and the HR community to understand and drive resource planning, and to define appropriate timescales for recruitment campaigns.
  • Provide consultative services on industry and market trends to the business whilst operating as a true business partner through the sharing of relevant insights
  • Proactively manage and maintain talent map data along with competitor analysis
  • Analyse dashboards, reports and BI to proactively monitor and interpret internal and external conditions, using these findings to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Create strong networks both internally and externally to help stay up to date on market developments such as M&A and key moves in the market and share this with the business
  • Manage engagement with PSL suppliers and nurture useful partnerships through regular or semi-regular check-ins with agencies
  • Monitor ROI from direct sourcing channels and stay up to date with new and innovative direct channels such as job boards, social media
  • Create and develop great stakeholder relationships

About You

As an experienced in-house recruiter you will be able to bring and demonstrate the below experience:
  • Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy and awareness of the appropriate legislation
  • Experience from within an in-house resourcing position is essential – this needs to be from a high paced, fast moving and varied environment
  • Direct sourcing experience  and building of direct sourcing strategies using professional networks, social media, job boards, talent pools, headhunting other channels.
  • Ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders.
  • Customer focused and able to deliver a world-class service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of or, experienced in a wide variety of digital recruiting solutions including (but not limited to) gamified assessment/profiling; video interviewing; sourcing and market analysis.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities with great time management
  • Attention to detail and ability to regularly provide status reports and updates to Hiring Managers, Key Stakeholders, HRBP’s, and the wider business through structured communication plans
  • Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking and always meeting deadlines
  • Self-motivated and possessing the ability to work on own initiative
  • Be a positive agent for change, inspiring trust and commitment through periods of transformation
  • Assist stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, communicating effectively, showing empathy and responding with urgency to requests
  • Demonstrable financial and commercial awareness, including experience of effectively managing costs and budgets at a local level
