As a result of anticipated growth, we are seeking a Senior Group Product Manager to join our energetic team. This role will drive the own brand development through effective range, NPI, pricing, new categories with the aim to maximise revenue, profit and margin. Supporting the Group Head of Own Brand on the 3yr strategy, you will work on cross functional projects across the company globally and regionally, so lots to get involved with and new challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to really use your extensive knowledge of bringing products to market from development to launch. We need a creative thinker who can keep abreast of market trends in the appliances arena, using your great communication skills to drive the journey of a new product launch.

What will  you be doing?
  • Working with the Head of Own Brand to develop and evolve a customer-orientated range plans aligned to the Category strategy
  • Deliver the budgeted revenue, profit and margin for your product range
  • Work cross-functionally with Pricing, eCommerce, Marketing, Regional Category Managers and Sales to maximise market penetration for your range aligned to the Category strategy
  • Support delivery of range performance metrics for customer, web, inventory & Own Brand
  • Manage the full Product Life cycle from concept to EOL

About You

What do we need?

  • Excellent organisational ability
  • A self starter - someone who is not afraid to lead initiatives
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • A great communicator who is able to influence and engage with a wide group of stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen and awareness of the broader market
  • Strong influencing skills an can build rapport and trust
  • Ideally “plugged product” experience but not essential
  • Experience of managing complex product areas will really help
