Following a reorganisation of our Regional Sales team, Nisbets are changing to a Regional Operating Model which brings our Field Sales and stores closer together, working under a Regional Manager. This new structure will bring about a more cohesive and collaborative approach to how we operate and will have huge benefits for our teams, but also our customers. 

Due to the continued success of the region and an internal promotion, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Manager to lead our London team. You will oversee both our sales and retail teams in the region and coach and develop them to reach their full potential to hit their KPI’s and sales targets. This is a great role for someone who is likely to be working in retail or hospitality now and seeking a role with more autonomy and wants to work for a leading brand with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be extremely well supported and get to work with other experienced regional managers who can share best practice with you and help you to find the solutions you need to be successful.

What will I be doing?

  • Take full accountability for the achievement of all regional targets and initiatives, working within agreed budgets.
  • Responsible for delivery of revenue budget across all channels including national, regional and digital
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to create a process ensuring all referred leads are managed
  • Create a disciplined cadence to monitor and drive daily sales via Quote log, outbound calls , conversion rates etc
  • Build relationships through personal visits and contact with high potential customers and prospects as necessary
  • Help create monthly and annual targets for sales and retail teams, with bespoke activity KPI’s in place for all Ensure that team KPIs such as, service levels, attrition, quote & order fulfilment are in line with Nisbets 2021 plan
  • Carry out field accompaniments and store assessments, to formally assess and set improvement targets.
  • Performance manage all identified issues ensuring team adheres strictly to required ways of working and reporting
  • Ensure full delivery of the regional promotional programme across all stores and customers via all channels
  • Ensure effective communication is maintained with all departments and create close links across the organisation
  • Prepare & run regional meetings as required to deliver Regional sales strategy
  • Attend all meetings as required by the Head of Regional Sales, Providing appropriate & timely reports as required

About You

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in field sales / National Account management / Retail Sales
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Accomplished manager of sizeable teams
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Highly developed problem solving skills and analytical ability
  • Good command of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, P/P, Outlook)
  • An eye for detail & able to transfer ideas into reality
