About The Role

As a business we have had to make some very difficult decisions to secure the future of our business in 2020 but what has been incredibly reassuring is the resilience and adaptability of our staff to respond to market changes. Whilst the hospitality industry has taken a battering, our teams have sought out new business opportunities and we have diversified our offering into to brand new sectors. This has meant we have a broader reach of clients whom we now support and have increased our supply chain capacity to meet customer demand. We have secured our spot again as no1 supplier to the catering industry with our various sales channels, so its a great time to join us.

In order to fulfill this increase in demand we need to recruit energetic and driven Team Leaders to guide our teams to success. We will have a number of shift patterns on offer so please do consider putting in an application and we can have a discussion. Your role will be based in one of our modern warehouses in Avonmouth. 
 
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 21:00-06:00 (Over time available)
 
In addition to our competitive pay and benefits, we are currently giving an enhanced pay rate due to peak trading which is in place until March 2022 on top of the permanent salary quoted.
 
What will I be doing? 

• Responsible for exceeding the daily/weekly/monthly KPI`s within your area.
• Coach, lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver operational targets on a daily basis.
• Manage operational processes within your area 
• Drive a culture of health and safety through leading by example
• Communicate with your team on a regular basis through team meetings ensuring they are aware of the daily activities and anything which could impact them or their role.
• Lead disciplinary meetings, performance reviews and grievance meetings when required. 
 
Shifts:
Sunday - Thursday - 21:00-06:00 (Over time available)

About You

What are we looking for?

• Experience and understanding of managing and working in a warehouse environment is essential.
• Good computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Good people management skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Natural coaching skills
• Good presentation skills
