As a result of this growth we have a requirement for an Internal Sales Executive to join our high energy internal sales teams. Working as an Internal Sales Executive for Mitre, you will account manage customers within a designated region, so you will get to know your clients really well and develop a great working relationship with them. We look for people with excellent customer service and problem solving skills who are comfortable upselling products and services. There is masses of opportunity for growth in this area as the team continues to grow and we think this role will suit an inquisitive and driven individual who is seeking to develop a career in Account Management.
Monday - Friday 08:15 – 17:00 Office Based.
What will I be doing as an Internal Sales Executive?
- Create and maintain accurate client records and management information for each client.
- Optimise the relationship with existing customers, seeking to upsell and expand the portfolio
- Process sales orders
- Keep abreast of new products, technologies and capabilities to educate your customers
- General admin duties including all client enquiries, for example delivery, stock, quality, emails etc.
- Works across departments internally and externally to maximise sales opportunities
