About The Role

A key role in our digital strategy is to appoint an additional Digital Implementation Analyst who can work closely with all our digital teams to provide data extraction and tagging expertise. As our Digital Implementation Analyst, you will be own our Digital Analytics from a technical and administrator perspectiveThis is a growing team and because you interface with all our digital functions, you will get to work with some highly skilled individuals and be involved with key projects across the business. We think this role will suit a Digital Implementation Analyst from either an agency background who is used to working with multiple clients, or someone working in house who is looking for more autonomy and a broader based role with more scope to make an impact.

What will I be doing as a Digital Implementation Analyst?
  • Planning and delivering tracking for both new and existing website features
  • Ensuring marketing activities are tracked and measured in a robust and efficient manner
  • Providing ongoing assessment and audit of current analytics tools and our data layer, working to continually improve both new and existing tags
  • Ensuring all data collected and made available via analytics is GDPR compliant
  • To provide support to the wider Ecommerce team, enabling best practice reporting, collaborate in the design of dashboarding, segmentation and KPIs
  • Ongoing data collection hygiene; investigate and fix data accuracy issues
  • Ongoing maintenance of user groups and users
 

About You

What are we looking for in a Digital Implementation Analyst?

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within an e-commerce role
  • Experienced user of at least one digital analytics platform, Adobe ideally
  • Experience of Google product such as Search Console or Adwords
  • Familiarity with front end code html, js, css and javascript
  • Excellent knowledge of Tag Management Systems, ideally Tealium and GTM
